Successful Onboarding of NTE

In January, NTE went live with UtilityCloud. As one of the largest electricity companies in the Norwegian market, they have been searching for new modern CIS systems for some time. It has been crucial to streamline operations and automate the large volumes of customers they handle. The choice fell on UtilityCloud.

"The transition to UtilityCloud has gone very well!" says Jørn Dyrkoren, project manager for NTE. "The success of the project is largely due to the quality of the systems and services provided by UtilityCloud."

Implementing a CIS system is a digital transformation that involves the entire organization. The projects are complex and require close collaboration between the customer and the supplier.

"We have completed many such projects in recent years, and we know how crucial the customer is to the quality of the delivery," says Torbjørn Hompland in a statement. "The project team at NTE has done an absolutely fantastic job throughout the period. It has been a fabulous collaboration and result."

User experience has been a key success factor in achieving increased efficiency. Many users reacted positively to the transition to UtilityCloud. Employees have felt mastery from day one, and the entire organization has received a positive boost. "There have been fewer issues on the first day with the new system than on a regular day with the old system" and "Seriously! Is that all? Is it that easy?" state the employees at NTE's customer center.

Jon Ivar Straume from NTE follows up with "UtilityCloud is intuitive and tailored to today's processes in the energy industry. This allows our employees to quickly work efficiently in the system, and training new employees is much faster than with the old system. This makes it easier for NTE to be a forward-thinking energy supplier."

Nils Aspaas from NTE concludes the conversation aptly, "The most successful IT project I have been involved in during my nearly 30 years in the IT industry."

We look forward to further developing and continuing the good collaboration with NTE!
